Social Program

Available for all registered participants and accompanying persons. Please note that children are not admitted to the evening events.

Sunday August 10

19.00 - Welcome reception. This occasion provides an informal atmosphere for everyone to meet, talk and prepare for the events to come during the week.

Monday August 11

08.00-09.00 - Opening ceremony.
19.30 - Reception at the Aquarium of the Americas.

Tuesday-Thursday August 12-14

07.30-09.00 - Continental breakfast at poster sessions.

Wednesday August 13

The scientific session ends at 12.00 and the afternoon is free. Please pre-register (via the web site) for any of the various events, tours, etc.  These activities will also be available (on a sign up basis) at the registration desk.

Thursday August 14

18.00 - Closing ceremony and cocktails.
19.00 - Conference banquet.
